D. Online Purchases
1. Orders
• 1.1 Order Completion – Confirmation: Navigate using our main MENU to find items. Review your cart by clicking "SHOPPING CART" at the top right. Use "REMOVE FROM CART" to alter items prior to checkout. Click "CHECKOUT" to finalize your purchase.
Prices listed include VAT and are final for domestic deliveries within Greece. Before clicking "Place Order", you will be informed that submitting the order incurs an obligation to pay. Upon submission, an automated confirmation email listing your ordered products and terms will be sent to your registered email address. Once handed over to the courier service, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent so you can track your package.
o 1.1.1. Promotional Exceptions: Periodic offers on www.drcollectoras.gr exclude products already on discount as well as pre-order items.
• 1.2 Order Tracking: You can check order status anytime under "MY ACCOUNT". Tracking numbers for dispatched parcels are available in the same section.
• 1.3 Cancellation / Modification of Orders: Cancellations are permitted under the following conditions:
o Before Order Completion: You may go back in your browser and adjust cart items prior to submission.
o After Completion but Prior to Receipt: (a) You may cancel if product delivery is delayed. (b) If the order is placed but not yet shipped, cancel via email at xxxxxxxxx or phone at xxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxx).
o After Item Receipt: (a) Refusing delivery from the carrier constitutes withdrawal. Repeated delivery refusals are logged, and subsequent purchases will incur transport costs.
