Terms & Pre-Order Policy

These terms govern all products offered on drcollectoras.gr as Pre-Orders. By completing a pre-order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is the purchase of an item prior to its official release date and/or receipt by drcollectoras.gr. Products marked as PRE-ORDER are not available for immediate dispatch at the time of purchase. The order is placed to reserve the item from our supplier and dispatch it to the customer once received in our warehouse.

2. Pre-Order Payment

Pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific product page. Full payment is required to guarantee item allocation from our manufacturers/distributors.

3. Release and Delivery Dates

Estimated release or receipt dates listed on product pages are provided directly by manufacturers, publishers, or distributors. These dates are subject to change without prior notice due to production, customs, transit, or other delays beyond the control of drcollectoras.gr.

4. Supplier Receipt & Allocations

drcollectoras.gr sources pre-order products from official distributors and manufacturers. In rare instances, a supplier may fail to deliver the full ordered quantity (allocation cut). If an order cannot be fulfilled due to supplier non-delivery or stock reduction, the affected order will be canceled, the customer notified immediately, and a full refund issued.

5. Product Variations & Artwork

Promotional images, artwork, descriptions, and contents of unreleased products are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change prior to official release. The final physical product may vary slightly from early promotional materials.

6. Cancellations & Consumer Rights

Prior to Dispatch: Pre-orders are used to secure stock allocation with our suppliers. If you wish to cancel a pre-order prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directives (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Greek Law, consumers retain the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the physical item is delivered.

7. Release Delays

A delay in the release or arrival of a pre-ordered product does not automatically constitute order cancellation. As long as the manufacturer confirms product availability and ongoing production, the pre-order remains valid. In the event of extensive or prolonged delays, drcollectoras.gr will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers.

8. Dispatch of Pre-Orders

Once the shipment arrives at the drcollectoras.gr warehouse, pre-orders are processed and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis. Actual delivery times depend on processing capabilities and local courier services.

9. Orders Containing Pre-Orders and In-Stock Items

If an order contains both PRE-ORDER items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all pre-ordered items arrive. If you require immediate delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping (additional delivery fees will apply).

10. Multiple Pre-Orders in a Single Order

If an order includes multiple pre-order items with varying release dates, the parcel will be dispatched only when all products in that specific order have arrived at our warehouse.

11. Stock Allocation Policy

If a manufacturer or distributor cuts supply allocations below confirmed order amounts, available units will be assigned strictly by order placement sequence (First-In, First-Out). Unfulfilled orders resulting from allocation cuts will be promptly canceled and fully refunded.

12. Defective or Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged from transit or exhibits manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Issues will be resolved in accordance with statutory consumer rights (repair, replacement, or full refund).

13. Final Price

The price displayed at checkout is the final purchase price for that specific order (including VAT), except in clear cases of typographical or system pricing errors.

For inquiries regarding your pre-order status, contact customer support on drcollectoras.gr. Please include your Order Number in all communications for faster service.

Important Notice

Pre-orders apply to products that are not immediately available in stock at the time of purchase. Release and delivery dates are estimates provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to change. drcollectoras.gr is not liable for third-party delays involving manufacturers, distributors, customs clearances, or transport companies. Completing a pre-order acknowledges full understanding of these terms.
